Langtang is an alpine valley nestled in the Himalayas, and the lake at Gosaikunda is a holy pilgrimage site. both trekking routes are in the Langtang National Park area. which is the second-greatest conserved national park in Nepal. popular for Flora and Fauna. The Langtang Lirung 7246m. is the highest peak in this lang tang trekking area as well as other best Himalaya scenery of the Langtang trekking trail.

World Heritage Sites in Nepal

There are two types of world heritage sites in Nepal 
Natural category and cultural category.


The world natural heritage sites of Nepal are:-

Sagarmatha National Park:- Located in Solukhumbu district eastern part of Nepal. This national park is situated at the world's highest altitude too. Mt Everest is situated in this national park. Sagarmatha national park is very popular for adventure trekking, Mountaineering in the world.
Chitwan National Park:- located in the Chitwan district of Nepal's Terai region. The Chitwan national park is very popular for wildlife (Jungle Safari). lots of tourists visit this national park for enjoying the wildlife safari in Nepal. 

The world cultural and historical heritage sites of Nepal are:-

Lumbini - located in Rupandehi district western Terai region. The birthplace of Lord Buddha. This is popular for sightseeing.

The Kathmandu valley, world-historical heritage sites are:-Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. located at the valley, popular for sightseeing.
