It is a peaceful trekking trail in Makalu and the lower Solukhumbu region.

Arun Valley Salpa Panch Pokhari Trek starts from Tumlingtar, after 35 to 40 minutes of scenic flights from Kathmandu. Then our trek begins from Tumlingtar and follows the popular Arun River valley until we turn into the Irkhu River Valley.
