Arun Valley Salpa Panch Pokhari Trek is a newly explored trekking trail in Eastern Nepal. It covers Sankuwasabha, Bhojpur, and Solukhumbu districts in Makalu Region. Arun Valley to Panch Pokhari Trek is one of the best trekking trails for your village trek and to enjoy the great view of mountains and beautiful Lakes. It is a peaceful trekking trail in Makalu and the lower Solukhumbu region.

Arun Valley Salpa Panch Pokhari Trek starts from Tumlingtar, after 35 to 40 minutes of scenic flights from Kathmandu. Then our trek begins from Tumlingtar and follows the popular Arun River valley until we turn into the Irkhu River Valley. Our journey continues passing through beautiful villages, Rivers, and waterfalls. As well as Arun Valley is also famous for Bird watching so our trekking makes it more attractive to see many different types of birds. Then we finally reach the Salpa Bhanjyang 3,350m and the holy Lake Salpa Pokhari. We will hike to Silichung Peak 4,156m which is the second-highest destination on this trek.

Continuing to Mera Peak 6,476m (A famous climbing peak), Chamlang 7,319m, Number Himal 6,958m, Chalachuli 3,636, and more than 20 other beautiful peaks.
