Arun Valley Salpa Panch Pokhari Trek starts from Tumlingtar, after 35 to 40 minutes of scenic flights from Kathmandu. Then our trek begins from Tumlingtar and follows the popular Arun River valley until we turn into the Irkhu River Valley. Our journey continues passing through beautiful villages, Rivers, and waterfalls. As well as Arun Valley is also famous for Bird watching so our trekking makes it more attractive to see many different types of birds.
