Mt Manaslu 8156m (mountain of spirit) is the eighth highest mountain peak in the world. located in the Gorkha district, the northwestern part of Nepal.it is a conservation area (Manaslu conservation area project) this region opened in 1992 for trekkers. this trekking route is very famous for its nature and cultural heritage. the area is known for Gurung traditions with a flavor of Tibetan lifestyle.
