Annapurna Region is a very popular trekking and tour destination over the world and for many different adventure activities. The Annapurna 1st 8091 m is the tenth highest mountain peak in the world. Annapurna region is rich in natural and cultural heritage, including historical Buddhist monasteries like Braga Monastery, upper Pisang Monastery, and Hindu temple-like Muktinath temple. Beautiful Himalayan panorama high pass like Thorong la pass 5416m. world's deepest Dana gorge, world's biggest Rhododendrons forest in Ghorepani and  Tadapani area, Tilicho lake 5100m is one of the highest lakes also in this trekking route. Thousands of tourists visit the Annapurna region trek every year.

Annapurna region is home to Snow leopards, Musk deer, a Group of Blue sheep, and a Tibetan Wolf. Likewise, Birds are the Golden eagle, Pheasant, and many more, 9 species of Rhododendrons, Blue pine, Oak, and many different types of meditational herbs found in this area.

In this region, people are 10 Ethnic groups:-Gurung, Thakali, Bhotiya, Ethnic Tibetan, Poon Magar, and Indo-Aryan:- Brahmin, Chhetri, Kami Damai, Sarki, etc. They have their own culture and festivals. The religions are mainly Hindus and Buddhists. Kagbeni, Marpha, Ghandruk, and Landruk villages are more culturally rich.
