Thorong La Top 5416m

The Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of the world’s most iconic trekking adventures, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and high-mountain adventure. Stretching around the majestic Annapurna Massif, this trek takes you through diverse landscapes – from lush subtropical forests and terraced farmlands to arid high-altitude deserts and dramatic mountain passes.

One of the highlights of the trek is crossing the Thorong La Pass (5,416m), the highest point on the trail, which rewards trekkers with breathtaking panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and beyond. Along the journey, you’ll pass through traditional villages inhabited by Gurung, Thakali, and Manangi communities, experiencing their warm hospitality and unique culture.

The trek also provides opportunities to explore sacred sites like Muktinath Temple, soak in natural hot springs at Tatopani, and enjoy the famous apple orchards of Marpha. Each day on the circuit offers something new – from vibrant rhododendron forests to stark Himalayan landscapes.
